Processing Time
All orders are confirmed, picked, and packed within 2-3 business days. This means that it will take us 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to prepare your order for shipment after you place it. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
Our items typically take between 7-15 days to arrive once they are shipped. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on the destination and other factors outside our control, such as customs processing times.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of $35 or more.
- Standard Shipping Rates: For orders under $35, we charge a flat rate of $3.99 for shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
